Include catalog number and full description for each item on your purchase order.
Orders received for quantities other than standard pack or multiples thereof, will automatically be changed to the next highest standard pack quantity without notice. Single items may be purchased at full retail by Paypal. Wholesale orders may be, but require a payment request from Stiga America.
Net 30 days with approved credit. A 1.5% charge per month will be made for past due accounts.
(Any portion of the sale price not paid within said time period shall thereafter bear interest at the highest prevailing rate.)
Shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of order. Prices and product specifications subject to change without notice.
These conditions and terms supersede those appearing on buyer’s purchase order unless exceptions are agreed to by Stiga America.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted by Stiga America without written authorization. You must make immediate contact with us to make arrangements. Returned merchandise must be shipped with prepaid transportation. Returns sent transportation collect will not be accepted. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge not to exceed 20%.
Goods Damaged In Transit
Stiga America must be notified of damage immediately at (585-924-1404 / 800-462-4671).
Do not accept damaged goods from carrier until agent has noted on delivery receipt or freight bill the nature and extent of damage. Collect or Third Party Freight Shipment: It is your responsibility to file damage or shortage claim with carrier. Failure to do so will not relieve your invoice liability.
If contents are found damaged, call transportation company’s agent at once. Require agent to give you a “concealed damage report” stating condition of goods after examination. Keep all shipping cartons for inspection. An inspection for concealed damage must be made within 15 days of receipt and claim must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
If shipment is not delivered to you in accordance with quantity of cartons and packages as shown on bill of lading and freight bill, do not accept until shortage is noted on freight bill on delivery receipt. Inspect all packages to be sure they have not been opened. If pilfering is suspected, notify delivery carrier so they can inspect packages as they are opened. Check contents of your package(s) against enclosed packing list carefully. Small items are often overlooked as part of packing materials. If shortages are discovered not attributable to carrier, notify Stiga America within 3 days after receipt of order. Failure to make such notification negates loss of claim. All shortages must be reported by carton number. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods.
Freight F.O.B. Factory or Collect
Any and all disputes will be arbitrated in New York State. Possession of Price List or Catalog does not constitute an offer to sell. Orders submitted are subject to acceptance by Stiga America and may not be filled due to inventory availability.
